3. Orders, Acceptance & Contract

• A contract of sale is only formed when we dispatch the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation email. Prior to that point, your order remains an offer which we may reject.
• Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order, and we will notify you of such.
• Ownership (title) of the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods and full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to your specified address.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made using the payment methods provided on the Site. Payment must be cleared before dispatch of your order unless otherwise agreed.
• You agree to pay all fees, taxes and other charges associated with your order.

• Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay, loss or damage caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, natural disasters, strikes).
• If you are not available to receive delivery, we may attempt re-delivery or mark the order as returned-to-origin (“RTO”). Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
• Please inspect your delivery immediately. If there is damage, defect, wrong item or other problem, you must notify us according to our Returns policy.
